Pre-market: a drift lower, and two headlines
SAIQ's official close on October 7 was $3.89. On October 7 it traded from $5.30 down to $3.39. At 8:43 that morning a headline said WISeSat.Space would ring the Nasdaq opening bell on October 9.
On the 8th, the pre-market high was $4.00 at 4:00 a.m., the first minute of trading. After that it slid. It traded $3.55 at 7:00 and hit $3.53 at 8:13 a.m., its low of the morning. 60,480 shares traded before the bell.
At 8:30 a.m. GlobeNewsWire ran two headlines. One was “WISeSat.Space and FOSSA Systems Confirm October 2026 Satellite Launch, Advancing the QSOC Constellation Roadmap”. The other was “SEALSQ and WISeSat.Space to Showcase Root-to-Qubit-to-Space Stack at IQT Quantum+Ai Event in New York”. The stock was around $3.60 to $3.63 then. By 8:36 it had touched $3.80, on thin trading.
The bids far below the price
From 5:35 a.m., a bid sat at exactly $3.25. It peaked at 26,460 shares at 7:03 a.m. A second bid sat at $3.10, peaking at 24,190 shares at 8:14 a.m. The stock traded around $3.55 at those times, so neither bid was close. The low that morning was $3.53, so neither bid traded.
A flat open and a long chop
It opened at $3.80, down 2% from the previous close. It reached $3.99 at 9:46, just under $4, and then slid. The low since the open was $3.60 at 10:10. It pushed to $4.02 at 10:38 and faded again.
From 11:19 a.m. to 2:04 p.m. it stayed between $3.60 and $3.74.
Things started to change at 2:25 p.m. From $3.75, it climbed in steps, with a burst of volume at 2:47 that took it to $4.06. It hovered near $4.00 for half an hour.
The halt
At 3:21 p.m. it was $4.04. Over the next six minutes it went to $4.66 on rising volume. At 3:27:29 it was halted (a volatility pause) with the last trade at $4.66.
Stop It's 3:32. SAIQ is at $4.66, where it was halted five minutes ago. It has run from $3.75 at 2:25. The halt is about to end. Would you buy the reopen?

It reopened at 3:32 at $4.66. At 3:32:29 a single 12,204-share print went off at that price. Then it went through $5.00 for the first time that day. It hit $5.13 in the first minute, up 37% from $3.75 at 2:25.
The next ten minutes were violent. At 3:33:01 a sell order for 12,728 shares ran from $4.89 down to $4.65 across 18 levels. The 3:33 minute ranged from $4.65 to $5.13. A bid then formed at $4.96 and grew to 44,829 shares by 3:39. Another sell order for 10,792 shares hit $5.00 to $4.96 at 3:35:49. The stock held. It made $5.50 at 3:40 and $5.44 at 3:42.
Far below the price, the $3.25 bid from the morning was pulled at 3:33:25 p.m. The size left the book without trading there. The $3.10 bid was pulled at 3:39 p.m.
The last minutes of the session
After a $5.46 high at 3:49, it chopped between $5.12 and $5.32 through 3:56. Then came the final stretch.
Stop It's 3:58. SAIQ is at $5.38, with two minutes left in the regular session. It has chopped between $5.11 and $5.46 for ten minutes. Would you buy here?
Press play: the real Level 2, time and sales and chart stop at 3:58 p.m. ET for your call, then show what happened. The clip starts at 3:55 p.m. ET.
At 3:58:07 a 10,000-share print went off at $5.40, and in the same second a 12,122-share buy ran from $5.39 to $5.44 across six levels. At 3:58:14 an ask wall appeared at $7.00. It peaked at 29,492 shares. The regular-session high was $5.62, in the 3:58 minute.

After hours
It kept going. At 4:01 p.m. it hit $6.48, the high of the day. The 4:01 minute alone traded 184,209 shares.
Then it reversed. By 4:03 it was at $5.64. It chopped around $5.00, and at 4:34 p.m. it dropped to $4.45, down 31% from the high. No headline or filing in our data matches that time.
It came back from there: $5.51 at 5:41 p.m., $5.99 at 6:59, and $6.48 again at 7:41 p.m., equal to the earlier high. It was trading at $6.25 at 7:59. After-hours volume was 2,100,725 shares, about two and a half times the regular session.
What to take from it
- Of the two moments measured, the book was thinner at the halt reopen. Here the screen said $4.68 and a 5,000-share order averaged $4.80.
- A quiet stock can do most of its work late. From 11:19 a.m. to 2:04 p.m. SAIQ stayed between $3.60 and $3.74. Most of the move came after 2:25 p.m., and the heaviest volume came after the halt.
- After hours can swing as hard as the day. It traded $6.48 at 4:01 p.m. and $4.45 at 4:34 p.m., then $6.48 again at 7:41 p.m.
Why it ran
News and SEC filings for SAIQ published between the previous session's close and the first minute SAIQ traded 20% above it, at 3:32 p.m. ET, newest first, from the same feeds the replay shows.
