The halt and the reopen
Just before the halt, the book filled in. About 107,000 shares (2.3% of the float) were bid at $1.85 at 11:46:23. About 50,000 shares were offered at $2.04. The $2.04 offer was gone by 11:51:11.

What to take from it
- This halt reopen was thin. The screen showed $1.79 with 171 shares, and a 5,000-share buy averaged $1.84. The price you see is not the price you get.
- The next push stopped lower. $1.94 at 11:51, then $1.89 at 11:53, with offers stacking above. After that the stock fell to $1.25 by 12:26.
- A wall can hold for hours and still break fast. The $1.47 offer lasted from 12:27 to 2:59 p.m., then 32,904 shares traded through it in 8.7 seconds.

News and SEC filings for ZNB published between the previous session's close and the first minute ZNB traded 20% above it, at 11:40 a.m. ET, newest first, from the same feeds the replay shows.
No news found before the move.
How it traded
Intraday run. It opened down 6.0% at 1.09, then ran from the open to the high of 1.94 in 141 minutes through a halt.

|---|---|---|
| 8:50 a.m. | Pre-market high, 1.18 | |
| 9:30 a.m. | The open: 1.09, down 6.0% from the previous close | |
| 11:40 a.m. | First trade 20% above the previous close of 1.16 | |
| 11:46 a.m. | Halted: LULD pause (limit up-limit down). Trading resumes at 11:51 a.m. | |

| 3:59 p.m. | Last trade before the 4:00 p.m. close, 1.51, 21.9% below the high |
The shape is a fixed rule, not a judgement: gapped 10% or more at the open, ran 10% or more from the open to the high, and faded if it gave back 30% or more of that move by the close.
