The day before
On August 31, WETO ran from $7.51 to $14.00. It gave all of that back and closed at $5.50, below the open.
Its last trade of that day was at $6.59.
Pre-market: the float traded by 4:56 a.m.
The first trades on the 1st were at $7.28, already above the $5.50 close.
From $7.11 at 4:23 a.m. it ran to the pre-market high, $8.19 at 4:29 a.m. At 4:30:04, right after the 4:29 high, a sell sweep of 14,961 shares went from $7.93 to $7.88. By 4:56 a.m., more shares had traded than exist in the whole float (914,205). 2.47 million shares traded before the bell.
After the 4:29 high it drifted. It held mostly between $7.30 and $7.90 for hours. At 8:00 a.m. GlobeNewsWire ran: “Wetour Robotics Demonstrates sEMG-Vision System Targeting Force and Occlusion Blind Spots in Physical AI Training.” The 8:00 candle traded between $7.58 and $7.72. By 8:04 it was at $7.45. By 8:28 it had slipped to $7.05. It climbed back to $7.70 by 9:29.

Level 2 showed a bid wall at $7.05, under the price. The wall was first seen at 9:30:05. It peaked at 65,462 shares at 9:31:37, about 7% of the float. At 9:32:08 it was pulled.
The first minutes were wild. The 9:31 candle ran from $7.94 up to $8.28 and down to $7.53. The 9:32 candle ranged $7.52 to $8.00. That 9:31 minute alone traded 152,085 shares.
Stop It's 9:33. WETO is at $7.88. It opened at $7.67 and has swung between $7.52 and $8.28 in the last two minutes. The $7.05 bid wall was pulled a minute ago. Would you buy here?

The rest of the day
It came back once more. At 10:08 it pushed to $6.59, a lower high under the $8.44 top. After that, 10:17 and 10:36 were sell candles. At 10:36 a 16,395-share sell sweep ran from $6.01 to $5.96, and the candle's low was $5.85.

After the bell it traded as high as $6.36 at 5:13 p.m.
The regular session had 3.48 million shares. Add the pre-market and it was 5.95 million through the close. For the full day, 6.40 million shares traded: the float changed hands about 7 times, at about 1.6 times normal volume.
What to take from it
- The high came in the first five minutes. $8.44 at 9:34, then $6.59 at 10:08. The next push stopped lower.
- A bid wall can vanish. The 65,462-share bid at $7.05 was never tested. The price stayed at $7.52 or higher while it sat there, and it was pulled at 9:32:08.
- Most of the move was gone by the close. It closed at $5.95, 30% below the high, and the float had traded over before the bell.
Why it ran
News and SEC filings for WETO published between the previous session's close and the first minute WETO traded 20% above it, at 4:00 a.m. ET, newest first, from the same feeds the replay shows.
No news found before the move.
How it traded
Gap, run and fade. It gapped up 39.5% to 7.67 at the open, ran from the open to the high of 8.44 in 4 minutes, then gave back 323% of that move by 4:00 p.m., trading at 5.95.
| Time (ET) | What happened | Watch it |
|---|---|---|
| 4:00 a.m. | First trade 20% above the previous close of 5.50 | |
| 4:29 a.m. | Pre-market high, 8.19 | |
| 4:56 a.m. | Volume since 4:00 a.m. passes the whole float, 914,205 shares | |
| 9:30 a.m. | The open: 7.67, up 39.5% from the previous close | |
| 9:34 a.m. | High of the day to the close, 8.44 | |
| 3:59 p.m. | Last trade before the 4:00 p.m. close, 5.95, 29.5% below the high |
The shape is a fixed rule, not a judgement: gapped 10% or more at the open, ran 10% or more from the open to the high, and faded if it gave back 30% or more of that move by the close.
