After hours
The drop continued after the bell. At 4:55 p.m. it fell to $0.39, and the day low was $0.34 at 5:03 p.m. It then ran to $0.52 by 5:39 p.m., up 53%. After hours traded 1.41 million shares.
At 6:33 p.m. the company filed a 10-Q (the quarterly report). At 6:41 p.m. it filed an NT 10-Q (a notice the quarterly report is late).
What to take from it
- A huge ask wall can peak at the exact moment a halt starts. Here 212,895 shares sat at $1.00 at 12:30:16. The wall was gone before the stock reopened, and the reopen was at $0.98.
- After the top, each push stopped lower. $1.27 at 12:26 p.m., then $1.07 at 12:36 p.m. after the halt, then $0.95 at 12:39 p.m.
- The reopen filled worse than the screen. 332 shares were offered at $0.98, so a 5,000-share buy averaged $0.9973, $87 above the screen.
