The day before
On September 24, INLF opened at $3.01 and reached $5.95. It closed at $2.95, below where it opened.
The news came after the close. At 4:30 p.m. PRNewsWire ran: “INLIF LIMITED Reports First Half of Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Results.” The last after-hours bar that day was $5.67. So the stock was far above the $2.95 close before the next session started.
Pre-market: the float traded by 4:25 a.m.
The first trade on the 25th was at $5.46, already well above the $2.95 close. The 4:00 minute alone traded 75,911 shares.
By 4:25 a.m., more shares had traded than exist in the whole float (1.05 million). At 3:24 a.m. Benzinga had run a “stocks to watch” list headline, and at 4:40 a.m. it ran: “Why INLIF Shares Are Trading Higher By Around 78%; Here Are 20 Stocks Moving Premarket.”
For the next three hours it mostly stayed between about $5.30 and $6.00, with brief pushes. One came at 7:00 a.m., to $6.32.
Stop It's 8:16. INLF is at $6.55. It has held between about $6.25 and $6.55 for ten minutes after a jump at 8:05. The pre-market is still on, and the previous close was $2.95. Would you buy here?

The afternoon bounces and the close
There were two pops. At 1:20 p.m. the stock reached $5.10. At 2:01 p.m. a 57,016-share buy sweep ran from $4.88 to $5.25 across 38 levels, and the 2:04 candle reached $5.43. Neither pop got close to the morning prices.

What to take from it
- The best price of the day came before the open. $7.05 at 8:16 a.m. was never tested again, and the stock closed at $5.16.
- A push that stopped under the old high was followed by a fast drop. $6.87 at 9:32 was lower than $7.05. Two minutes later the stock traded at $5.31.
- The $7.95 offer sat on the book for hours. The stock never traded above $6.87 after the open.
