The regular session: a flat line
It opened at $2.90. The 9:30 minute traded between $2.88 and $2.90. Most of the morning volume came in a few minutes: 479 shares at 9:37, 958 at 9:38, and 1,949 at 10:48.

Stop It's 3:58. INLF is at $2.89, after a day spent in a narrow range between about $2.88 and $2.99 in the regular session. The 3:59 p.m. minute closed at $2.89. The regular session traded 5,416 shares, against a normal volume of about 21,000 shares a day. There was no halt and no news during the session.
After hours: the headline
The 4:00 p.m. print was $2.95. Then the news came. At 4:30 p.m. PRNewsWire ran: “INLIF LIMITED Reports First Half of Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Results.”
The 4:30 minute closed at $3.58. The next minute went to $4.35, on 108,031 shares. By 4:39 p.m., more shares had traded than exist in the whole float (1.05 million). Compare that with the 5,416 shares of the regular session.
It was not a straight line. It dipped to $3.72 at 4:39, came back to $4.61 at 4:48, and held between about $4.10 and $4.67 through the early evening.
The company filed two 6-Ks, one at 5:18 p.m. and one at 6:30 p.m. Separately, at 6:36 the minute ran from $4.61 to $4.84, and at 6:50 it went through $5 to $5.25.
It kept climbing in small steps and reached $5.95 at 7:58 p.m., the high of the whole day. That was up 102% from the 4:00 p.m. print of $2.95. By 7:59 it was back at $5.67. Volume after hours was 5,391,239 shares.
What to take from it
- The regular session can say nothing about the day. INLF traded 5,416 shares between 9:30 and 4:00, and the real action came after the close.
- After-hours prints can move far from the regular session. The 4:30 minute opened at $2.98, the same minute the headline arrived, and the 4:31 minute reached $4.35.
- The pre-market high was thin. The $3.03 high came on 15 shares and was gone by the close.
