What to take from it
- A big buy sweep is not a breakout by itself. The 10:16 sweep took the stock to $14.62, and the minute still closed at $13.75.
- A first flush is not always the low. Here the stock fell to $11.12 at 10:53 and then went lower, to $10.45 at 11:06, before the biggest leg of the day began.
- After the top, the next push stopped lower. $16.79 at 2:20 p.m., then $14.12 at 3:04 p.m. The close was $12.35, 26% below the high.
