At 7:00 a.m. GlobeNewsWire ran: “YXT.com Reports Unaudited Financial Results for the First Six Months of 2026”. A 6-K was filed at the same minute. The 7:00 minute traded 1,123 shares and closed at $4.77. Buying picked up a few minutes later.

The stock reached $5.50 at 7:34, then fell to $4.75 at 7:43 and has stayed between $4.91 and $4.98 since. Volume in those minutes is thin: the last full minute traded 126 shares. Would you buy here?

What to take from it
- A spike can be over in minutes. $7.57 came at 8:04 a.m. and it was at $5.12 by 8:11 a.m., with ask walls posted above the price during the drop.
- Every push after the top stopped lower. After $7.57 at 8:04 a.m., the best the regular session managed was $5.70 at 3:22 p.m.
- Most of the move was gone by the close. It closed at $5.61, 26% below the $7.57 high, and the float had traded before the open.
