What to take from it
- A big bid is not a floor. The $2.09 bid, which peaked at 73,967 shares, was gone in 1.5 seconds once sellers came.
- Halt reopens can be thin. A 5,000-share buy after the 1:39 reopen cost $439 more than the screen showed, and the halt itself reopened at $1.90 after stopping at $2.34.
- After the top, the next push stopped lower. The high was $2.93 at 1:29 p.m. The highest later push reached $2.45 at 2:47 p.m., and the stock closed at $1.68.
