What to take from it
- A halt can reopen far below where it stopped. The 1:02:34 halt stopped at $5.63 and reopened at $4.31, 23% lower.
- Buying a reopen costs more than the screen says. Here, 5,000 shares ran $1,159 to $1,832 over the screen after the three reopens.
- After the top, the next push stopped lower. $6.39 at 1:02 p.m., then $4.27 at 1:30 p.m. It closed at $4.04, 37% below the high.
